This Makita brushless planer also has 25mm ship lapping cuts for deeper cuts for those harder woodworking jobs. The inbuilt automatic torque drive technology ensures you are always getting optimum operation from your machine by automatically changing the cutting speed according to the load condition. The depth of cut can simply be adjusted by turning the knob on the front of the tool. This Makita Li-ion planer has 3 chamfering grooves to control the outcome of the wood’s finish. The electric brake on this Makita LXT planer as well as the soft start features both provide a safe and easy to use tool. The Makita Automatic Torque Driver Technology (ADT) automatically changes the cutting speed of this cordless planer when exposed to different load conditions. The Auto-start wireless system (AWS) on this 82mm brushless planer allows Bluetooth automatic control for the dust extractor – so it only operates when the planer is on. The 18v brushless planer also has a chip ejection port which can be switched from left to right to suit your preference or the current at your convenience.
