Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories/manuals must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following professional tools cannot be returned due to hygiene/safety reasons:

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for defective items)

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package the item(s) using original packaging when possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the package.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once received at our warehouse:

Refund Timeline & Methods

We process refunds with the same speed as our Makita cordless drills deliver torque:

Exchange Policy
